"Tessera's ITC Case Stayed For Re-Examination"

A patent infringement trial against Motorola Inc., Qualcomm Inc. and other technology companies has been stayed pending a re-examination of Tessera Inc. chip-packaging patents.  The defendants in this case include Sonnenschein client Spansion Inc.
