Josh Berman will co-present "Establishing Critical Controls For Routine Interactions – Solving Dilemmas Related to Healthcare Professionals, Charities and Political Activities" during the American Conference Institute's Anti-Corruption for Pharma and Life Sciences Conference on May 1, 2007, in New York City. Josh's presentation will include:
- Identifying the more routine risks under the FCPA and local anti-bribery laws in connection with routine interactions with healthcare professionals
- Maintaining the important pharma/life sciences corporate mission of charitable giving while complying with the FCPA and local laws
