Tort Reform in Missouri

Sonnenschein's Litigation Group has prepared the attached e-Alert on the Tort Reform Bill recently enacted in the State of Missouri. The Tort Reform Bill will have a significant impact on corporate clients who do business in the State of Missouri. The recently enacted bill eliminates "venue shopping," changes the rule of joint and several liability, and caps punitive damages.
