Our Leasing group spans all major real estate product types and is national in scope.  We offer a high level of sophistication to our landlord clients who lease significant office and mixed-use properties in major metropolitan areas.  Sonnenschein also routinely represents tenants who are significant users of office, industrial and retail space.

Our attorneys have extensive experience representing both owners and tenants, which allows us to understand the business perspective of both sides of the transaction.  We understand the full range of occupancy issues, including questions involving building design and operation, protections for tenants in the event of delays, arrangements for expansion space and other leasing options. 

We also provide counseling to our clients regarding corporate assets and are expert in equity participations and other joint venture arrangements and in all phases of development projects, including ground leases.  We are also skilled in property management services, including tenant audits, security for terrorism and general security concerns.
