In our bad faith appellate work, the firm has won a number of important bad faith decisions, ranging from Watson v. Allstate Insurance Company, establishing the absence of third-party bad faith claims under Texas law, to Lunsford v. American Guarantee & Liability Insurance Co., holding that no bad faith can exist as a matter of California law where there exists a genuine issue or dispute under the policy. 

Our San Francisco lawyers represented Industrial Indemnity in a week-long bench trial of a multi-million dollar bad faith case that culminated in a complete defense verdict.
