Randy Sabett Moderates During FCBA Privacy/Data Security Symposium
The Federal Communications Bar Association (FCBA) will hold its 5th annual ABA/FCBA Privacy/Data Security Symposium on March 11, 2010. Internet & Data Protection partner Randy Sabett will serve as moderator during the symposium's session on Due Diligence, Contract and Insurance Requirements. This CLE seminar will discuss a host of new laws, increased government oversight, and class action lawsuit potential regarding the privacy and security of personally identifiable information for consumers, clients, and employees of communications and media companies that the new decade brings.

Randy Sabett Speaks at RSA Data Security Conference
Randy Sabett will be speaking at the RSA Data Security Conference "Security Decoded", taking place March 1-5 in San Francisco. Mr. Sabett will participate in "Survivor: PKI - Rumors of Its Death Grossly Exaggerated" on March 4 and "Current Issues in Ethics" on March 5. The conference will explore leading topics in the field from cryptography to legislation, to government and policy mandates.
