  • a leading Internet portal in the creation of a new, multi-tiered online radio service together with a premiere satellite radio service.
  • a prominent health-oriented website in negotiating a strategic alliance with a leading online e-commerce provider to power a customized store, including the development of unique decision-making tools to guide consumers.
  • a leading web portal in developing a partnership to capture the huge popularity of online poker through specially developed online games and tournaments, including tie-ins with offline opportunities. 
  • A full service website in negotiating a lead generation deal with a seller of new and used automobiles

  • one of the world’s largest lodging franchisors with the negotiation of the outsourcing of its network monitoring and management services, and its international customer reservations and services platform.
  • a national wireless carrier in negotiating a $36 million telecommunications and data services contract with AT&T.
  • a national wireless carrier in negotiating a LMDS wireless capacity services agreement to provide redundant wireless backhaul capabilities to cellular tower locations.
  • a national wireless carrier in negotiating a $90 million long distance wholesale carrier services agreement with Sprint/Embarq.
  • a leading Web portal in connection with the restructuring of a DSL transport services agreement with AT&T.
  • the largest city on the East Coast in connection with the negotiation of a wireless public safety network outsource agreement.
  • the largest municipality on the West Coast in connection with the negotiation of a wireless public safety network outsource agreement.
