• Negotiation and structuring of global telecommunications services arrangements for companies in the securities, pharmaceutical, automotive, space, defense, advertising, title insurance, consumer products, and financial services industries, including long-term telecommunications service agreements with local exchange, interexchange, wireless, data, private line, and Internet access providers.
• Advising a financial services industry trade group in connection with the establishment of telecommunications services benefits for its member companies, including negotiation of voice, data, and mobile communication services programs.
• Advising VoIP, ISP and systems integrator clients in connection with the purchase of network services, equipment purchase, and voice/data traffic exchange agreements.
• Creation of a joint venture of special purpose investment bank affiliates organized to obtain special telecommunications services arrangements for its participants and subsequent negotiation and documentation of agreements with providers.
