• Counseling wireless and competitive local exchange carriers on customer proprietary network information rules compliance and privacy protections and representing such carriers in federal inquiries into the protection of customer information.
• Advising a Virtual Network Operator on compliance with federal and state regulatory obligations, including E911, Universal Service Funds, CALEA, and taxes and surcharges.
• Analysis, negotiation, arbitration, and regulatory approval of interconnection agreements on behalf of wireless, CLEC, and cable providers in incumbent local exchange carrier service territories nationwide.
• Successful applications of regional wireless carriers for Eligible Telecommunications Carriers (ETC) status and participation in ETC rulemaking proceedings before Midwestern state regulatory commissions.
• Counseling on FCC equipment certification rules for a manufacturer of wireless data technology designed for use by emergency ambulance services and to a distributor of VoIP handset equipment.
