Richard ("Rick") Ross, Hotels & Resorts - Global Practice Chair,  will be a panel discussion leader at the 9th Annual Americas Lodging Investment Summit (ALIS) on Monday, January 25, 2010.  The discussion topic will be “Distressed Hotel/Workouts Track:  Pre-Default Considerations For Hotel Lenders, Owners, And Management – With A Focus On The ‘Non Securitized’ Debt Scenario.  Where Is The Loan Sitting Today, And How Does This Affect Things?”  Rick Ross also serves on the ALIS Program Planning Committee.

Hotels & Resorts - Global Practice Partner, Meghan Cocci, will be speaking at the 13th Annual International Hotel Investment Forum (IHIF) on Tuesday, March 9, 2010.  The breakout session topic will be "Conversions - Reinventing Existing Properties Into New Products."
