Sonnenschein is hosting an evening for conversations surrounding financial regulatory reform in our Los Angeles office on July 28th from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. PT.  A cocktail reception will follow this event.

Major changes are under way in the tax treatment of carried interest and the regulatory regimes for hedge, private equity, real estate and VC funds funds. We will provide clients with an update on the legislative activity and advice on how to navigate the upcoming regulatory process.
