Electricity Transmission and Infrastructure

Sonnenschein attorneys are highly qualified to assist clients seeking to build electric transmission and related infrastructure.  We have served as siting and regulatory counsel for transmission projects throughout the country, including projects on private and public lands, and cross-border projects.  We currently represent the New York Regional Interconnection Project, a $2 billion independent transmission project that will alleviate congestion and bring power to the southern part of New York state.  Our work includes all federal and state regulatory and siting approvals.
