Prominent Antitrust Practitioner Andrew Berg Joins Antitrust Group
Antitrust attorney
Andrew G. Berg
has joined Sonnenschein as a partner in our Washington, D.C. office and heads the firm’s antitrust/competition practice. Berg advises clients across a wide range of industries, from newly emerging technologies to supermarkets, on mergers and acquisitions and other antitrust-related matters before the Federal Trade Commission, the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice and state attorneys general, as well as in private litigation.

Former Federal Trade Commission Antitrust Official Joins Antitrust Group
Susan S. DeSanti
spent 15 years with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC), where she served as the Director of Policy Planning and then Deputy General Counsel for Policy Studies, among other positions. Prior to that, she spent 10 years in private practice.
