We have a strong national litigation practice with the combined resources of more than 200 lawyers who regularly handle multimillion or multibillion dollar and other “bet the company” cases.  Many of our cases have received significant attention in our clients’ industries and generated significant media coverage.  For example, we served as co-counsel to Sun Microsystems in its multibillion dollar lawsuit against Microsoft, which resulted in a $2 billion settlement for Sun that is believed to be the largest settlement ever reported between two companies in private antitrust and intellectual property litigation.
