Litigator David Fedder Joins St. Louis Office of Sonnenschein

(ST. LOUIS, February 27, 2008) — Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP today announced that David M. Fedder has joined the national law firm as a partner in its Litigation Practice Group.  Fedder, who focuses on real estate and commercial litigation, will reside in the firm’s St. Louis office.  He comes to Sonnenschein from Bryan Cave LLP.

“David’s professional background in the practice of construction litigation is in great demand in the legal community,” said Michael H. Barr, national chair of Sonnenschein’s Litigation Practice Group.  “He is a gifted trial lawyer whose expertise will help solidify Sonnenschein as a leader in this key area.”

Fedder has a particular expertise in litigation matters involving real estate and development, representing both property owners and governmental entities.  He has substantial eminent domain expertise and has represented clients before zoning and land use planning authorities throughout the St. Louis Metropolitan area.

Fedder earned a J.D. degree, cum laude, from Saint Louis University and a B.A. degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
