Sonnenschein a Sponsor of the "Environmental Impact Series" in San Francisco
March 21, 2007
Sonnenschein, with the Corporate Program of the World Affairs Council of Northern California, will sponsor a dinner and presentation with Amory Lovins, Chairman of the Rocky Mountain Institute on April 3, 2007, from 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Vignette Restaurant at the Orchard Hotel in San Francisco.
The evening will provide an opportunity to highlight our firm's involvement in national energy and environmental matters.
Described by Newsweek as "one of the Western world's most influential energy thinkers", Amory Lovins is a consultant and experimental physicist who has advised the energy and other industries for over 30 years, as well as the U.S. Departments of Energy and Defense. Educated at Harvard and Oxford, he outlined a strategy for American business and military leaders to shift the United States functionally and profitably away from oil by 2050 in a book he co-authored, titled "Winning the Oil Endgame."
Space is very limited; please RSVP at 415.293.4665 or srodriguez@wacsf.org.
