Sonnenschein Adds Veteran Corporate Attorney Morris Withers

(KANSAS CITY, Mo., February 14, 2005)—Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP today announced Morris K. Withers has joined the law firm as an of counsel in its Kansas City, Missouri, office and a member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities practice.

Withers’ practice focuses on commercial, corporate, finance, merger, acquisition and real estate matters.  He represents private and public companies in various industries throughout the United States, including agribusiness, financial services, food service and manufacturing.

Withers received a J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University and a B.S. degree from Brigham Young University.  He joins Sonnenschein from Bryan Cave LLP.
