Carole Neville Moderates Panel Discussion at the Distressed Debt Conference 2008 in New York City

Event Date(s): 03-06-2008
Event Location(s): New York City
Presenter(s): Carole Neville
Event Host(s): DealFlow Media
Event Description: Sonnenschein partner Carole Neville leads a panel discussion entitled "Litigation Causes of Action in Preemptive Strategies" at the Distressed Debt Conference on March 6 in New York City.

The panel will address the issues involved at the beginning of many bankruptcy cases that require the sale of substantially all of the debtor's assets, forcing creditors to turn to litigation to fill in the gap between the distressed price and the outstanding indebtedness.  The panel will focus on the litigation strategies and decisions that are setting trends for future cases.

The Distressed Debt Conference is the largest forum for discussion of the deteriorating conditions in the credit markets.  The two-day program covers some of the latest developments affecting bankruptcies, restructurings, workouts, DIP lending, and distressed debt strategies.
