Sonnenschein partners Sandra McCandless and Pam Baker will speak during "Beyond Legal: A Business Approach to Corporate Governance," a program presented by the American Bar Association at the Sheraton New York Hotel and Towers in New York, NY, on May 7-9, 2008.  Sandra will moderate "Advising the Compensation Committee: Are 'Best Practices' the Best Practice to Follow?" on May 9 at 10:30 a.m.  Pam will serve as a panelist for the same program.
