This unique half-day seminar will focus on the impact of recent changes in California rate, third party intervenor and other related regulations. A panel will also address a select list of rating related "hot topics" in states such as Texas and Florida.
The seminar will especially benefit P&C lawyers, underwriters, actuaries and others interested in a thorough overview of the various rate regulatory, market conduct and filing issues resulting from these significant changes.
