Event Description: Sonnenschein's Venture Technology Group will sponsor the Propel Partners VC Road Show in New York City on November 2, 2007. 

The Deal Exchange is a VC only program that requires attending VC’s to share a technology deal with the group. You will be given a one-page form to fill out for your deal and you will have 3 minutes to discuss your deal, followed by 2 minutes of Q&A.

Deal Criteria: $0-$10 million in revenue, Information Technology, Early-stage (seed, A, B, or C).

Deal Mix:

  1. Portfolio Companies,
  2. Deals you are interested in that require syndication, or
  3. Strong deals that you passed on for geographic, stage or industry focus related reasons.
