The program, titled "Assuring Diversity - Growing California's Future Leaders," introduces the California Aspire Achieve Lead (CaAAL) Pipeline Project and will assess the status of diversity and identify areas for improvement. The new project was introduced by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), in a joint partnership with the California Public Employment Retirement System (CalPERS), the California Department of Insurance (CDI) and the State Bar of California.The panel, including James Hsu, will discuss California's approach to addressing the educational achievement gap.
