Event Description: Sonnenschein partner Doug Bonner will present "Perspectives on the Regulatory Issues That Create the Most Uncertainty and the Best Strategies for Dealing With Them" during Law Seminars International's Broadband and Telecommunications Conference on Nov. 2, 2006 in Atlanta, GA.

This year's Broadband and Telecommunications Conference focuses on the impact of broadband technology and regulation on carriers. Wireline, wireless, cable, and other broadband providers - including municipalities - are exploring new market opportunities in Wi-Fi, VOIP, IPTV, and other Internet Protocol technologies. Meanwhile, supplier consolidation continues, with AT&T/BellSouth and Verizon/MCI creating a new landscape ("Bell East" and "Bell West"). The seminar faculty will assist telecom/broadband buyers and sellers in navigating their way through the contract process in an industry that is seeing unparalleled changes in market structure and regulation.
