Event Description:	Sonnenschein partner Gadi Weinreich will address the AHLA's In-House Counsel Program in a talk entitled "Hidden Pitfalls and Some Pragmatic Solutions Under the Anti-Kickback and Stark Laws." This presentation will take place from 2:40 p.m. to 3:40 p.m. on June 25 at the Marriott in Philadelphia. The presentation will focus on three or four real-life hypotheticals designed to identify some of the hidden complexities and dangers of hospital-physician recruitment and retention arrangements.
