Pamela Baker to Chair Advanced ALI-ABA Course in New York

Event Description: Sonnenschein partner Pamela Baker will chair the Advanced ALI-ABA Course of Study, "Executive Compensation," to be held June 22-23, 2006 at the Waldorf Astoria in New York City. 

This program covers key executive compensation issues and developmeents, such as the new SEC proposals on executive pay disclosures, the new law imposing a 20 percent excise tax on certain deferred compensation and treatment of executive compensation matters in bankruptcy and mergers & acquisitions.

In addition to chairing the program, Pamela will present "Section 409A Revisited - A Review of Questions, Problems and Possible Answers."  Co-panelists include the drafters of the proposed regulations on the deferred compensation excise tax.
