Ms. Wilson's talk, titled "Health Care Financing," will examine financings for 501(c)(3) health care providers, emphasizing the issues arising outside of Sections 103 though 150 of the Code, including disclosure issues, emerging transaction structures and the impact of federal and state regulation of health care providers. 

Ms. Mack will discuss "Tax Issues in 501(c)(3) Financings," which will address particular 501(c)(3) applications of the private business use test, including 501(c)(3) ownership unrelated trade or business use, "naming rights", research contracts and general public finance tax issues.
