Event Description:	Sonnenschein partner Nicholas Yost will moderate a session of the ABA's Section on Environment, Energy and Natural Resources Fall Meeting entitled "The NEPA Reform Debate and its Relation to Little NEPA Practice." The session, part of the Fall Meeting's "Second Annual 'Little' NEPA Conference," is scheduled to take place from 9 to 10:30 a.m. on October 7 in San Diego at the Manchester Grand Hyatt. Yost's presentation will give an overview of the current debate in Washington about reform of NEPA, similar reform debates in some state legislatures, and practical implications for impact reviews pursuant to the various state environmental review statutes. In addition to his speaking and moderating duties, Yost also is a vice-chair for the meeting's planning committee.
