From 2:30 p.m. to 3:50 p.m., Chicago of counsel Chunlin Leonhard will participate as a panelist in, "Plenary II: APA Civil Rights 101." The panel will discuss recent developments since the Gratz and Grutter v. Michigan affirmative action cases, and legislative initiatives introduced by the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus to correct historical discrimination against Filipino Veterans of World War II and Peruvian Japanese internees.
