Taylor's litigation docket includes a diverse array of legal matters that span family law, employment discrimination, challenges to laws criminalizing consensual sodomy, and advocacy on behalf of a transgender client denied a change in gender designation on her birth certificate. A skilled public speaker, Taylor has traveled throughout the Midwest Region to meet with community groups and help LGBT people and people with HIV better understand their legal rights.
