Steven Gray to Present at the Illinois Chamber of Commerce's Tax and Economic Development Conference

Event Description: Sonnenschein partner Steven Gray will present at the Illinois Chamber of Commerce's first Tax and Economic Development Conference on December 5-6 at the Renaissance Hotel in Chicago.

On December 5, Steven will present, "Tax Increment Financing Opportunities" from 3:45 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.  He will explain the intricacies of tax increment financing and discuss how attendees can work with local governments to prepare property for redevelopment and make needed public (and some private) improvements.
