New local D.C. Chair Ken Pfaehler is looking forward to working with the veterans and the many new members of the committee in translating the DC office's deep commitment to diversity into some exciting summer iniatives.  A kickoff social function is in the works.  Ken and the committee will be focusing on recruiting, pipeline projects, mentoring and enhancing the committee's visibility within the office.
