Ms. Young is a senior associate in the San Francisco office of Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal. Ms. Young joined Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal in 1998. She practices in the area of employment litigation and advice and counseling. Ms. Young has assisted in the representation of clients in nation-wide and state-wide wage and hour class actions, and provides wage and hour advice and counseling to large and small employers in numerous industries, including clients in the national retail, tour, architecture, and beauty industries. She has handled a variety of other employment matters in state and federal court, and at the government agency level, including discrimination claims under the Fair Employment and Housing Act and Title VII, and government contractor affirmative action audits. Ms. Young also provides advice and counseling to large and small employers on a full range of employment issues.
Prior to joining Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal, Ms. Young spent three years as a member of the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General's Corps.
