Ms. Choi is a litigator with experience in a wide variety of environmental laws and issues. In addition to general commercial civil litigation, she has worked on litigation involving the National Environmental Policy Act, including several cases regarding development on Indian Reservations. She also has experience with Proposition 65 and Federal and California Hazardous Waste laws.

Ms. Choi has worked with several Indian Tribes, both in California and Michigan, assisting with the environmental compliance requirements for on-reservation developments including gaming facilities and hotels. She also participated in the nationwide review of environmental permitting of a Fortune 100 Company, which included the review of compliance with federal, state and local air, water, hazardous waste, photo processing, and employee training laws and regulations.  Ms. Choi took a lead role, working with environmental consultants to ensure compliance at over 300 retail stores in eight western states including California and Alaska.

Ms. Choi is a member of the California Bar, and is admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of California. During law school Ms. Choi had the honor of externing for the Honorable Judge Charles Breyer of the Northern District of California.  She also served as the managing editor of the Technology Law Journal and worked on the Moot Court Board.
