Ms. Mitchell is a member of Sonnenschein’s Hotels & Resorts - Global Practice, based in the Zurich office.
Ms. Mitchell focuses on representing operators and developers in hospitality and leisure transactions. She is involved in drafting and negotiating management contracts and related agreements for hotels, resorts, condo-hotels and projects with residential components, spas, restaurants, golf-courses and other mixed-use projects.
Representative Experience
Ms. Mitchell has a broad background in corporate and commercial law, in particular in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and project development & finance. She has experience negotiating and drafting a wide range of transaction documents, including sale and purchase documents, financing agreements and corporate documents for U.S. and UK entities. She has practiced in London, Singapore and New York, and represented a wide range of clients including major commercial institutions, borrowers and sovereign funds.
