Mr. Jasaitis' practice concentrates on the structuring, negotiating and managing of complex corporate transactions in high-tech and other industries. He regularly represents emerging growth businesses and Fortune 500 companies in capital formation transactions as well as mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, sales and divestitures, corporate control and governance matters and executive and director compensation techniques. His finance experience includes venture capital and other private equity investments, initial public offerings and commercial bank financings. In addition, Mr. Jasaitis counsels members of Boards of Directors as to their fiduciary duties and other matters.
