He has more than 36 years of experience defending corporate clients in class actions, multi-district and multi-state litigation. Mr. Newman has served as counsel in more than 335 class actions in federal and state courts in 42 states, Guam and Canada. He has defended class actions in: Madison and St. Clair Counties, Ill.; the Southern District of Illinois; Cook County, Ill.; Los Angeles County; and state and federal courts in Texas and West Virginia.
