Ms. Davis’ practice is concentrated in complex commercial litigation, including insurance class actions, tort litigation and media cases. She represents major corporations and institutions in a wide range of matters, including commercial contract and lease disputes, products liability, fraud claims, and insurance class actions.
Ms. Davis is an experienced trial lawyer. She has been the lead counsel for numerous jury trials, bench trials and arbitrations. Recently, she successfully co-defended a leading building products manufacturer in a jury trial with multi-million dollar exposure. She has also received favorable jury verdicts for insurance companies and a medical school in past years. In addition to her numerous trial victories, she has an extensive background in resolving cases in State and Federal Courts through dispositive motions and negotiating favorable settlements. Clients routinely look to Ms. Davis for creative trial strategy and risk assessment on high exposure cases.
Ms. Davis is a member of Sonnenschein’s firm-wide Diversity Committee, Legal Development Committee and the Women’s Business Development Group.
