Ms. Bennett is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group and the Class Action and Financial Products subgroup. She concentrates in commercial litigation, including corporate breach of contract actions, investment decision and securities fraud claims, unfair competition claims, and breach of fiduciary duty claims in the director/officer context. Her class action defense work includes life insurance sales practices cases, Fair Credit Reporting Act cases, and other consumer privacy/fraud claims.
Ms. Bennett is an active participant in the firm’s pro bono program and a member of the Legal Aid Society of the Legal Aid Bureau, a Chicago legal aid services provider.
