Mr. Krol is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group and has diverse experience in the areas of commercial leasing, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, real estate financing and development.
Mr. Krol spends a substantial portion of his time on leasing matters. He has represented both landlords and tenants in lease negotiations for office space and other types of properties throughout metropolitan Chicago. Representative clients include Prudential Real Estate Investors and The John Buck Company. Mr. Krol also has significant experience representing national retailers including Rooms To Go and Factory Card and Party Outlet in leasing matters, acquisitions, dispositions and site development throughout the U.S.
Mr. Krol’s experience also includes the representation of institutional lenders in various financing transactions, including JPMorgan, Bank of America and Principal Life Insurance Company.
