Mr. Amezcua is a member of Sonnenschein’s Real Estate Practice Group. His diverse practice includes the areas of real estate financing, corporate real estate, development, acquisitions and dispositions, as well as work in the field of tax advantaged investing.
He has experience representing many of Sonnenschein’s institutional lending clients, including U.S. Bank and The Prudential Insurance Company of America. His financing experience includes the drafting of loan agreements and other security and ancillary documents involving various types of properties and transactions.
Mr. Amezcua also has experience representing buyers and sellers in acquisitions and dispositions of a wide array of commercial real estate assets, including retail, hotels, mixed use, and residential properties.
